Poster and oral presenters please note the following instructions.
The maximum size for the poster is:
vertical 1.20 m and horizontal 0.95 m.
For the oral presentations, the conference room will be equipped with an overhead projector and a video projector connected to a laptop computer running Windows NT. It is recommended to come with a presentation on a CDROM rather than on a laptop. The presentations will be transferred from the CDROM to the laptop before the different morning and afternoon sessions.
