In order to allow sufficient time for processing of visa requests, please return the registration form as soon as possible. All requests are subject to review. This procedure is designed to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference. The letter does not imply that any part of the registration fees or other expenses will be assumed by the conference organizers.
